The AI Prompt Generator uses third-party AI models via Pollinations.ai. We do not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, originality, or quality of AI-generated outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and determining how to use any AI-generated content.
AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate. Always review AI-generated content before publishing, distributing, or deploying it in any context.

The PromptOS name, logo, branding, design, and original written content are the property of TrendingVAULT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The prompt templates in our library are made available under a permissive use licence (see Section 3).
Third-party trademarks, AI model names (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.), and other referenced brands are the property of their respective owners. PromptOS is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
PromptOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
We make no representations or guarantees about the results you will obtain from using our prompts. Prompt performance varies depending on the AI model, version, configuration, and your specific use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrendingVAULT and PromptOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed £100 GBP.
